This role schedules the canvasser roster, assigns turf, leads pre-shift briefings, collects petition sheets at the end of each shift, tracks individual canvasser output, flags issues, and reports nightly signature totals to the Campaign Director. The Field Coordinator supports the Canvass Manager during active field operations. This role helps with pre-shift setup, canvasser check-in, field logistics, sheet collection, initial visual review of returned sheets, and backup leadership when needed. The Field Coordinator helps solve problems quickly so the canvassing operation does not stall. You are boots on the ground!

Paid Canvassers work in two-person teams across assigned Clearwater turf. They explain the petitions clearly, confirm signer voter eligibility, make sure every petition line is complete and legible, and return all sheets at the end of each shift. Pay is based on verified signatures, not gross signatures collected. Since you will be using two petitions, each signer is worth double!

The Administrator’s Assistant helps keep the campaign organized behind the scenes. This person may assist with applicant follow-up, volunteer records, scheduling, data entry, supply tracking, internal reminders, and general administrative support. This is a good role for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to help wherever the office team needs backup.

Data Verification supports the campaign by checking petition information for accuracy and helping confirm signer eligibility. This role reviews returned petition sheets, checks for legibility and completeness, cross-references signer information when needed, logs verified and rejected signatures, and flags uncertain records for campaign leadership.

Apply

Social Media Support helps document the Save The Garden campaign in action. This person captures photos and short videos from canvassing, volunteer teams, public events, petition activity, and behind-the-scenes moments so the communications team can keep supporters informed and engaged. Content should be clear, respectful, and campaign-appropriate. Final posting is handled by leadership.

Helps collect petition signatures at campaign events, public gatherings, and approved signature stations. This role is for volunteers who may not be able to canvass door-to-door but are willing to show up at scheduled locations, talk with Clearwater voters, explain the petition clearly, and help people complete their petition forms correctly.

Event Signature Volunteers should be friendly, reliable, and comfortable speaking with the public. They will receive basic training on what the petitions do, how to confirm signer eligibility, and how to make sure each petition line is complete and legible before sheets are returned to the campaign team. This role is especially helpful during weekends, community events, church outreach, neighborhood gatherings, and high-traffic signature stations.
